Next day the Emperor reviewed the 61st regiment, he inquired where it's 3rd Battalion was? 'In the redoubt' was the reply of the Colonel!! As a reward for their bravery the 57th and 61st regiment were given the 'honour' of the first to assault the Fleches 2 days later!!!!!!!!
